Tips for Booking the Right Wedding DJ

Finding the right Wedding DJ can be challenging, but Spin Party DJ makes it fun and easy! Here are five helpful tips for hiring the perfect wedding disc jockey for your special day!

1. View photos and watch video of as many wedding disc jockeys as you can. Wedding DJ's are plentiful, and most reputable wedding deejays have photos and video available that are current.

2. Speak with your Disc Jockey and Master of Ceremony before you book them. When you call SpinPartyDJ you'll speak with your DJ and Master of Ceremony, Iamel and DJ Roly.

3. Read client feedback. Many SpinPartyDJ clients who have hired us have left useful feedback about their experiences.

4. Book early. A great wedding D.J. may need to be booked 6 to 12 months in advance.

5. Get a contract and read it carefully. Most professional wedding DJs will also require a deposit in order to secure them.

6. Proper wedding attire. Make sure your DJ and Master of Ceremony dress sharp and appropriate for the occasion.

7. Follow up with your wedding DJ as often as you need to. Don't be shy about making sure your disc jockey knows exactly what you want. Be sure and ask to see the DJ's song list, music library, and request any songs you and your wedding guests absolutely want to hear!
